Classroom Newspaper

 Each month all students in my class are invited to write for our classroom newspaper.  We typically include information about all school subjects and specials.  There is an entertainment section with new movies and/or books. There is usually an interview and/or a classroom poll.   We always have puzzles, games and comics!  If you or your student has an idea for an article we would love to include it.  This is a great way to enrich learning in and out of the classroom.  If you take a trip or do something special as a family, maybe your child can report back through the newspaper.  If you do some research on a topic, maybe you can turn it into an informational article to share.  

The paper is completely created by students.  They do all of the planning and writing.  This year we will partner with students at Strongsville High school for editing and publishing!
