Horace Mann's Safety Patrol is made up with 5th Grade students.  They apply to become a member of the patrol and are lead by officers - Captains and Lieutenants.  They will guard their post for a month after which we will gather to discuss our responsibilities and celebrate our successes..  Each month a student will be recognized for outstanding services.
