Ranger Cafe Menu

New Menu items include:

Pulled Barbeque Pork Sandwich, Veggie Sandwich, Fettuccine Bolognese, Patty Melt, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken. A special dessert menu featuring Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake, Almond Poppy Seed Pound Cake, and other treats will be presented.

Overview

Ranger Café @ West Shore is operated by the Chef Instructors and students in the Culinary Arts / ProStart program at the West Shore Career-Technical District. Established in 1993, this hands-on, industry based program in restaurant management and food service prepares students for professional culinary programs, immediate employment, and/or further education. Ranger Café selections are prepared fresh daily. We look forward to you joining us for lunch.

School Closing Reminder:

When Lakewood High School is closed for inclement weather, a school holiday, or any other reason; Ranger Cafe will be closed as well.

If you made reservations for a day the school is closed, we will contact you to reschedule your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and support.
